ABOUT karuna REIKI
Karuna® is a Sanskrit work used in Hinduism, Buddhism and Zen. It means to take away the suffering of others and also means to take compassionate action.
We, as human beings find it very natural to extend compassionate action to another and help whenever possible. When we experience enlightenment we experience all people and the earth as one. We become aware of our thoughts, words, deeds and actions and how they can affect everyone around us.
As we become more responsible for our own life and the part we take in it, it affects all of us and we all heal from each other.
Karuna® Reiki is an energy that is extended out of love to ourselves and others. Karuna® is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings working to help end all suffering on Earth.
Usui Reiki is a beautiful loving healing energy but Karuna is known to be more powerful and refined.
QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATE:
After completing your Reiki training you will receive an internationally recognised Reiki Certificate and you will be eligible for membership with the UK Reiki Federation, The Reiki Association, and others UK and International Reiki and Complementary Therapies associations.
The class sizes are kept small 8-10 pupils max, to ensure students receive the support they need in an intimate setting.
