Terms & Conditions:
By booking a Seminar or Session You agree to the following Terms and Conditions applying. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to You.
The following definitions apply in these Terms and Conditions:
“We” and “Us”, refers to Fenix Intuitive Wellness;
“Practitioner” refers to Iracema du Cros as the person performing the Seminar or Sessions;
“You” and “Your” refers to you;
“Seminars” include, but are not limited to, seminars, courses and workshops.
“Sessions” include, but are not limited to, Reiki Healing, Breath-work, Access Bars, Access Facelift, Energetic bodywork or coaching sessions.
Disclaimer:
Reiki is intended to be a supplement to, and not a substitute for, professional medical care and treatment. In the case of any serious medical ailment or condition, You should always consult your doctor for advice.
We cannot guarantee any particular outcome. In some instances, a Session may trigger past emotional issues. Sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health advice or treatment.
Liability:
You acknowledge and agree that participation in a Seminar or Session is at your own risk. The Practitioner is not liable for any claims which may result directly or indirectly from participation, or in connection with, a Seminar or Session. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, property loss or damage, accidents or health related problems.
You take full responsibility for communicating any levels of discomfort during a workshop or Session, and indemnifies the Practitioner against all adverse reactions sustained as a result.
The Practitioner does not accept any liability for any decisions You make based on any; information given or messages received during, or responses to, any workshop or Session.
Termination and Cancellation:
We reserve the right to terminate any Seminar or Session. No act of abuse, whether physical or verbal, will be accepted and we have the right to terminate any workshop or Session at any time without refund if the Practitioner feels threatened in any way. A workshop or Session will be terminated if You appears to be intoxicated from alcohol and/or drugs.
We also reserve the right to terminate any Seminar or Session due to unforeseen circumstances. For example, but not limited to, Government Covid-19 guidance. We will endeavour to notify You as soon as possible if such an event occurs.
Payment of Fees:
The payment options will be set out at the time you book the Session, session or Course.
For all Sessions, You agree to pay in full at the time You make the booking. Our approach to rescheduling, cancellation and refunds is set out below.
For all Seminars, You may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time You make the booking. The remainder of the payment will be due, either prior to the start of the Seminar, or on the first day of the Seminar, as notified to You. Our approach to rescheduling, cancellation and refunds is set out below.
Rescheduling:
If you would like to reschedule your Session, please ensure 48 hours’ notice is given. The rescheduled Session time must be within 3 months of the original booking and can only be rescheduled once.
Please contact us fenixintuitivewellness@gmail.com if you would like to reschedule a booking for a Seminar. We can advise when the next suitable Seminar is scheduled.
Cancellation:
We understand that unanticipated events can happen. As such, if you need to cancel please contact Us as soon as possible. However, please be aware that a scheduled Session is time reserved for you. If you cancel at the last minute, or do not show, the reserved time cannot be allocated to another person and therefore You will be charged the full fee for the Session.

Refund Policy:
Sessions are only refundable if at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given. If cancellation is not made with at least 48 hours of the session, You will be charged the full fee of the Session.
All Deposits for workshops, treatments and Courses are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals:
In the case of late arrivals, we have the right to cancel if You arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late. The Session will not be rescheduled and any fees paid will not be refunded.
