ABOUT REIKI LEVEL 1
In this class you will learn about Reiki history, principles, western and japanese Reiki techniques. You will also have a practical introduction to the energy field body: Chakras and Aura and you will be able to sense the differences between each chakra. The level one attunement is known to dramatically raises the human frequency and will open you up to channel Reiki for self healing. Level one Reiki is more for self healing and strengthening your connection to yourself and the universe.
QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATE:
After completing your Reiki training you will receive an internationally recognised Reiki Certificate and you will be eligible for membership with the UK Reiki Federation, The Reiki Association, The Reiki Guild and other UK and International Reiki and Complementary Therapies associations.
ONE TO ONE PERSONAL ATTENTION AND CARE DURING CLASES:
The class sizes are kept small 8-10 pupils max, to ensure students receive the support they need in an intimate setting.
